1. アプリの仕組み

PDFつみきは、PDFの編集をすべてお使いの端末の中だけで行うアプリです。Appleが提供する標準の仕組み（PDFKit など）だけを使っており、当方のサーバーや、第三者のサービス・解析ツール・広告ネットワーク・SDKは一切組み込んでいません。

アプリはインターネットに接続する機能そのものを持っていません。オフラインのままで、すべての機能をご利用いただけます。

2. 取得する情報

当方が取得・収集・送信する情報はありません。氏名・メールアドレス・端末の識別子・位置情報・利用状況など、いかなる情報も取得していません。アカウント登録も不要です。

なお、アプリの動作のために、次のものがお使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。これらが外部に送信されることはありません。

• 一時保存（下書き） — 「一時保存」をお使いになったときに、積んだブロックとその設定、および作業中のPDFファイルへの参照情報が、アプリ専用の保存領域に記録されます。PDFの中身そのものを複製して保管するものではありません。
• アプリの設定 — 実行モード（手順ごとに確認するか、まとめて処理するか）などの選択内容。

これらはアプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。

3. 開いたPDFの取り扱い

アプリが読み込むのは、利用者ご自身がファイル選択画面で選んだPDF、または机にドラッグして置いたPDFだけです。それ以外のファイルにアクセスすることはありません。

読み込んだPDFの処理は端末内で完結します。処理後のファイルは、保存時に利用者が指定した場所（端末内のフォルダ、iCloud Drive など）にのみ書き出されます。アプリが保存先を勝手に決めたり、控えを残したりすることはありません。

4. 第三者への提供

前述のとおり当方は情報を取得していないため、第三者に提供する情報はありません。広告の配信、行動の追跡（トラッキング）、解析のためのデータ送信も一切行っていません。

なお、アプリの購入や配信に関する処理はApple社を通じて行われます。その範囲についてはApple社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

5. データの保存期間と削除

上記2の端末内データは、一時保存を破棄したとき、または続きを再開したときに消去されます。アプリ本体をアンインストールした場合も、あわせて削除されます。

利用者が保存先に書き出したPDFファイルは、利用者ご自身の管理下にあります。不要になった場合は、ファイルアプリやFinderから削除してください。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは主に書類を扱う業務での利用を想定していますが、いずれにせよ年齢を問わず一切の個人情報を収集しません。

Privacy Policy

PDFBlocks (Japanese name: PDFつみき)

1. How the app works

PDFBlocks edits PDFs entirely on your device. It uses only Apple's own frameworks (such as PDFKit). There is no server of ours, and no third-party service, analytics tool, advertising network or SDK is included.

The app has no ability to connect to the internet at all. Every feature works offline.

2. Information we collect

We collect, gather and transmit nothing. No name, no email address, no device identifier, no location, no usage data. No account is required.

For the app to function, the following is stored on your device only, and is never transmitted anywhere:

• Saved draft — when you use "save draft", the blocks you stacked with their settings, and a reference to the PDF you were working on, are recorded in the app's own storage area. The contents of the PDF itself are not duplicated or archived.
• App settings — such as whether you run steps one at a time or all at once.

All of this is removed from your device when you uninstall the app.

3. How your PDFs are handled

The app only reads PDFs you yourself select in the file picker or drop onto the desk. It does not access any other files.

Processing happens entirely on your device. Finished files are written only to the location you choose when saving (a folder on your device, iCloud Drive, and so on). The app never picks a destination on its own and never keeps a copy.

4. Sharing with third parties

Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to share. We serve no ads, perform no tracking, and send no data for analytics.

Purchase and distribution of the app are handled by Apple; Apple's privacy policy applies to that part.

5. Retention and deletion

The on-device data described in section 2 is erased when you discard a draft or resume from it, and when you uninstall the app.

PDF files you export are under your own control. Delete them from the Files app or the Finder when you no longer need them.

6. Children's privacy

The app is intended mainly for working with documents in a business context, but in any case it collects no personal information from users of any age.
